The small ads section of the Gardeners Club is available for members to advertise to other members any used gardening goods for sale. 

Until further notice, this service will be provided free by the Gardeners Club although modest charges will be introduced in due course.

This page can also be used to advertise any full time or part time jobs in the gardening world - again, for the time being, this service will be available free to Gardeners Club members.

THE GARDENERS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Before you submit an advertisement to our Classified Advertisements section, please read the following simple terms, which will set out the basis on which we will display your advert. The Classified Section is intended to provide members with the opportunity to advertise useful goods, services, events, etc, to other members and therefore adverts can only be posted in this section by individual members of the Gardeners Club. You will be required to provide your name and address when you submit your advert.

1. We make no charge for putting your advertisement in the Classified Section. 

2. Provided we do not have to remove your advert because paragraph 4 applies, your advert will remain in the Classified Section for 30 days.

3. By providing the advert to us, you make the following promises (i.e. warranties) to us:

3.1 that any information supplied in or in connection with the advert is legal, decent, honest and truthful, and complies with all relevant advertising codes of practice and other regulations; and

3.2 that you will indemnify us against any and all loss we may suffer as a result of publishing your advert, its content, or the sale of any goods or services that are advertised in your advert.

4. We will have the right, should we decide to exercise it, to decline to publish, or to suspend or change the position of your advert. Obviously due to the nature of the Internet we cannot give you any guarantee that the site, and therefore your advertisement, will always be accessible by its members.
